| At the Buffalo AFL-CIO Labor Council we remembered the late Edwin Walker as our 2008 Workers Memorial Honoree. At our meeting we intended to show the video of the CBS Evening News piece that Edwin did on the rolling of radioactive uranium at Bethlehem Steel in Lackawanna, New York. Due to technical difficulties we were unable to show the video. We present it here for your information.
I would like to thank the Walker Family and Friends who joined with us to honor Edwin for his strength and courage to help workers get the benefits they deserve. The legacy of Ed's valiant work will live on for many generations.
